CANCELLATION POLICY:

At Bellavida, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

For any cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, a $50 non-refundable deposit will be required upon your next booking, which will be deducted from your total bill.

CONFIRMATION TEXTS:

Confirmation texts are sent at 8am the day before your appointment.

Please respond with “Y” if you are attending.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us via the number written IN the text (do not reply to the text we send you - it is a computer-generated reminder and we will not receive replies).
